Corporate Real Estate Locum Associate (6-Week Contract)

A prestigious international law firm is seeking a skilled Corporate Locum Associate to join its Corporate Real Estate team on an initial six-week assignment to provide cover during a period of leave. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside an established team on a broad range of high-quality corporate real estate transactions, with an immediate start available.The RoleWorking as part of a busy and collaborative team, you will advise on a variety of corporate real estate matters, including:

  • Acquisitions and disposals
  • Joint venture arrangements
  • Corporate restructurings
  • General corporate transnational support relating to real estate assets and investments
  • Project management and coordination of transactions from inception through to completion



The Successful Applicant

  • Be a qualified Solicitor or experienced Corporate Locum with strong transnational experience
  • Have experience handling a range of corporate matters including M&A, restructurings and joint ventures
  • Be capable of working independently with minimal supervision
  • Possess excellent drafting, negotiation and client management skills
  • Be available to commence the assignment at short notice

What's on Offer

  • Day rate of £500 - £750 dependent on the level of experience.
  • Temporary 6-week interim contract.
