Our client has a new opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor to join their large practice in Leeds. This role will suit a lawyer around 1-3 years PQE who is interested to join a large regional law firm.

The client is a long standing regional commercial law firm with a large office in central Leeds. They are a full service firm and have a great reputation in areas such as Corporate, Commercial, Property and Disputes.

Job Description

The Corporate Solicitor will deal with a range of work including;

  • Working on a range of deals including M & A, PE and corporate reorganisations
  • Advising on deals ranging from £10-50 million
  • Supporting clients across a range of sectors including insurance and retail
  • Working closely with the Partners
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and legal documentation.



The Successful Applicant

The successful Corporate Solicitor should have / be;

  • Solicitor in England and Wales likely to be around 1-3 years PQE
  • Strong knowledge of corporate law
  • A track record handling corporate transactions.
  • Ties to Leeds
  • Strong academics
  • An interest to work for a large regional law firm
