Job Description

The Corporate Solicitor will be:

  • Advising on M&A transactions, including acquisitions, disposals and restructurings
  • Supporting private equity investments and portfolio transactions
  • Assisting on equity capital markets and corporate finance matters
  • Drafting and negotiating corporate documentation and transaction agreements
  • Working closely with partners and clients on complex corporate deals



The Successful Applicant

The Corporate Solicitor should be:

  • A solicitor or equivalent with 3-6 years PQE in corporate law
  • Experienced in M&A transactions and corporate finance matters
  • Familiar with private equity or equity capital markets work
  • Commercially aware with strong drafting and negotiation skills
  • Able to manage transactional workstreams within a collaborative team environment
