Job Description

  • Lead and oversee all corporate tax compliance processes within the not-for-profit sector.
  • Provide strategic tax advisory services to support organisational goals and objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant tax legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for tax efficiencies and implement strategies to achieve them.
  • Manage and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering their professional growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide integrated financial and tax solutions.
  • Stay updated on changes in tax laws and policies, ensuring the organisation remains compliant.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Corporate Tax Director should have:

  • Proven expertise in corporate tax.
  • A professional qualification in tax or accountancy (e.g., CTA, ACA, ACCA).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Thorough understanding of tax legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
