Job Description

  • Oversee and manage the credit control process to ensure timely collections.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve cash flow and reduce aged debt.
  • Monitor customer accounts and promptly address any discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer queries effectively.
  • Provide regular reports on outstanding debt and credit control performance.
  • Ensure strong relationships with clients while adhering to credit policies.
  • Lead and mentor the credit control team to meet organisational goals.
