Job Description

  • Manage and oversee the credit control function to ensure timely payments and minimise overdue debts.
  • Develop and implement credit policies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
  • Monitor customer accounts and assess creditworthiness to determine credit limits.
  • Prepare regular financial reports and analyses related to credit performance.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer payment issues promptly.
  • Lead and support a team in achieving credit management objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
  • Contribute to cash flow forecasting and budgeting processes.
