Job Description

  • Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments.
  • Process invoices and reconcile accounts regularly.
  • Follow up on overdue payments and resolve account discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address payment-related queries.
  • Prepare regular reports on account status and outstanding balances.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of credit control procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Credit Controller should have:

  • Previous experience in credit control, accounting, or a related role.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
