Job Description

  • Manage and monitor outstanding debts to ensure timely payments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account records.
  • Communicate with clients via phone and email to resolve payment issues.
  • Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies.
  • Prepare and issue invoices, credit notes, and statements.
  • Provide regular reports on debt recovery progress to the finance team.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing queries.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Credit Controller should have:

  • Proven experience in credit control or a similar accounting role.
  • University experience
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
  • An understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
