Job Description

  • Communicate with clients to resolve payment issues and queries professionally and effectively.
  • Prepare and distribute regular reports on credit performance and outstanding balances.
  • Assist in setting credit limits and assessing the creditworthiness of new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless invoicing and payment processes.
  • Identify and escalate potential risks in the credit process to management.
  • Support the implementation of improvements to credit control procedures.
