Job Description

As Customer Experience Advisor, you will;

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, ensuring timely and effective responses.
  • Resolve customer issues by providing accurate information and solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback in the system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and suggest enhancements.
  • Provide clear and professional communication across various channels, including email and telephone.
  • Support the wider team in achieving customer satisfaction goals.
  • Adhere to company policies and standards while handling customer interactions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Experience Advisor should have:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role within a professional environment.
  • Knowledge of the Utilities industry is advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Use of Systems such as Junifer and Piranha desirable but not essential.
  • A detail-oriented mindset and strong organisational skills.
