Job Description

  • Manage customer orders and ensure accurate processing within specified timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer queries and issues efficiently.
  • Maintain and update customer records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor and track order statuses, ensuring timely communication with customers.
  • Support the preparation of reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in identifying process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure alignment with company policies and industry standards in all activities.
  • Provide general administrative support to the customer service team as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Operations Coordinator should have:
