Job Description

Key responsibilities of the Customer Service Coordinator - 6-month FTC include:

  • Manage customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve delivery and supply chain issues.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update the database as needed.
  • Monitor stock levels and liaise with the logistics team to ensure availability.
  • Generate reports and provide updates on order status and customer feedback.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Customer Service Coordinator - 6-month FTC should have:
