Job Description

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
  • Log, escalate and manage complaints in accordance with internal policies
  • Provide product and service information to clients, ensuring clarity and understanding.
  • Assist in billing inquiries and payment processing to ensure accurate customer accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on customer service performance metrics.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the customer service department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Service Executive should have:
