Job Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and in a professional manner.
  • Log and manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and solve customer concerns.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
  • Contribute to improving customer service processes and procedures.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanour when interacting with customers.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Service representative should have:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and resolve customer queries effectively.
