Job Description

The key responsibilities of a Customer Support Coordinator;

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to all clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Assist the sales team by preparing quotes, managing enquiries, and following up on leads.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment and resolution of customer issues.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to sales and customer support activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and promote additional products or services.
