The are looking for a Data Breach Solicitor to join their talented team, dealing with large group actions against household name clients.Job Description As a Data Breach Solicitor your duties will include:Handle a variety of data breach cases, ensuring clients receive expert legal guidance.Draft and review documentation relevant to data breach claims.Provide strategic advice to clients regarding data protection laws and regulations.Collaborate with clients to gather evidence and build strong cases.Represent clients in negotiations or legal proceedings related to data breaches.Keep up-to-date with changes in data protection legislation and case law.Work closely with other legal professionals within the team to ensure seamless service delivery.Maintain accurate records of case progress and outcomes.The Successful Applicant A successful Data Breach Solicitor should have at least 3 years PQE ideally with experience of dealing with data breach matters, although our client is happy to consider candidates from a commercial litigation background looking to specialise in this area of law.
