  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimise CRM systems.
  • Ensure timely delivery of digital projects within agreed budgets and quality standards.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery in the digital department.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress.
  • Develop and document processes to ensure smooth project execution and sustainability.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of CRM systems, recommending improvements as needed.
  • Act as a key point of contact for CRM-related queries and issues.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Delivery Lead - CRM should have:

  • Proven experience in delivering CRM or digital projects within the public sector.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and their application in a professional environment.
