You will own and scale acquisition and demand generation, leading performance across PPC, SEO, and digital marketing channels to accelerate sustainable, data-driven growth.You will lead CRM and lifecycle marketing, designing personalised, insight-led customer journeys that increase engagement, cross-sell, retention, and frequency of use. In parallel, you will take full ownership of ecommerce performance end-to-end, optimising conversion through UX innovation, experimentation, and close partnership with product and engineering teams to deliver a best-in-class digital experience.A key part of the role is evolving the proposition, identifying and unlocking new growth opportunities while challenging the status quo. You will also build strategies that drive repeat usage, loyalty, and long-term customer value, embedding lasting behavioural change across the customer base.You will establish and lead a high-impact weekly trading rhythm, with clear KPIs, pace, and accountability for revenue, ROI, and growth delivery. Operating in a complex matrix environment, you will lead and influence cross-functional teams, embedding a high-performance, data-driven growth culture across marketing, digital, product, and commercial functions.The Successful ApplicantWe are seeking an outstanding, commercially driven growth leader with a proven track record of owning P&L and delivering significant, measurable value creation within scaled, consumer-facing businesses. You will bring experience from large, digitally sophisticated organisations, with the credibility and judgement to operate at Director level in a high-expectation, PE-backed environment.You will demonstrate exceptional strategic thinking and commercial acumen, with the ability to identify, prioritise, and execute the initiatives that unlock disproportionate growth. Your background will include leading performance at scale across acquisition (PPC, SEO, paid media), CRM and lifecycle marketing, and ecommerce optimisation, consistently delivering step-change improvements in revenue, conversion, and customer lifetime value.You are a data-led and insight-driven decision maker, combining analytical rigour with creative, proposition-led thinking to solve complex growth challenges.
