About Our Client

Our client is a well known for the Healthcare team, acting for the NHS as well as other private medical providers. They are looking for an EL/PL/Clin Neg NQ-3 Solicitor to join their Manchester team.

Job Description

As a EL/PL/Clin Neg NQ-3 Solicitor your duties will include:

  • Manage a caseload of EL/PL/Clinical Negligence claims, ensuring timely and accurate progression.
  • You will also have the opportunity to get involved in other matters including bullying; assault and discrimination claims as well as human rights matters.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and provide sound advice to clients.
  • Draft and review legal documents, correspondence, and reports with precision.
  • Attend court hearings and advocate on behalf of clients when required.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.
  • Contribute to team objectives and support colleagues as needed.



The Successful Applicant

A successful EL/PL/Clin Neg NQ-3 Solicitor should have:

  • A qualified solicitor status with a focus on EL/PL or Clinical Negligence cases.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess case merits effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interactions and court representation.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
