Job Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers within the EMEA region.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify growth opportunities and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Provide updates to customers regarding order statuses and delivery schedules
  • Monitor and analyse customer feedback to implement effective service improvements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely communication with customers regarding orders and inquiries.
  • Provide support in developing and executing customer development strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.

The Successful Applicant

A successful EMEA Customer Coordinator Specialist should have:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or similar role within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Knowledge of export of goods.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge and experience of e-commerce would be desirable, not essential.
