Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple EMEA countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Coordinate with external payroll providers and internal departments to resolve queries and discrepancies.
  • Prepare and validate payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate calculation of tax, benefits, and other deductions in line with local laws.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity within relevant systems.
  • Support audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports as required.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide guidance on payroll-related matters to internal teams and employees across the EMEA region.

The Successful Applicant

A successful EMEA Payroll Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in payroll management, particularly across the EMEA region.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems, processes, and relevant legislative requirements.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience within the financial services industry is highly desirable.
