Job Description

The key responsibilities for the EMEA Payroll Specialist are:

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees within the organisation.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
  • Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to reconcile payroll-related accounts.
  • Address employee payroll queries and provide resolutions in a professional manner.
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports to internal and external stakeholders as required.
  • Support the implementation of payroll system updates and enhancements.
  • Assist in audits and ensure payroll data integrity at all times.
  • Stay updated on payroll legislation and best practices within the life science industry.
