Job Description

The Employment Lawyer will be:

  • Managing a caseload of employment law claims including unfair dismissal and discrimination
  • Providing legal advice and representation to union members
  • Preparing cases for tribunal and supporting litigation strategy
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders and external parties to progress cases efficiently
  • Delivering clear, practical guidance on employment law issues



The Successful Applicant

The Employment Lawyer should be:

  • A lawyer with 2+ years PQE in employment law
  • Experienced in handling tribunal claims, including unfair dismissal and discrimination
  • Strong in client-facing advisory work with excellent communication skills
  • Able to manage a varied caseload independently
  • Passionate about employee rights and advocacy
  • Based near Salford to attend court and office
