Job Description

  • Provide expert legal advice on employment law matters to clients.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts and related documents.
  • Represent clients in employment tribunals and other legal proceedings.
  • Advise on disciplinary and grievance procedures.
  • Support clients with redundancy and restructuring processes.
  • Stay updated on changes in employment law and regulations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Employment Solicitor should have:

  • Qualification as a solicitor in Scotland.
  • Proven experience in handling employment law cases.
  • A thorough understanding of employment legislation and practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
