Individuals are encouraged to contribute ideas, build lasting client relationships and play a visible role in shaping the evolution of the practice, within an environment that values credibility, inclusion and long-term career progression.Job DescriptionCore Responsibilities:Provide expert advice on employment tax matters to clients across various industries.Manage and deliver client projects, ensuring timely and accurate outcomes.Assist clients in managing compliance with employment tax regulations.Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.Identify opportunities for additional services and contribute to business development initiatives.Collaborate with internal teams to deliver cohesive and comprehensive services.Conduct reviews and audits to assess employment tax risks and opportunities for clients.Provide training and updates to clients on employment tax changes and best practices.The Successful ApplicantEmployment Tax Associate Director Credentials:A strong background in employment tax within the professional services industry.Relevant qualifications in accounting or tax, such as ACA, ACCA, or CTA.Proven experience in delivering client-focused solutions in accounting and finance.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.A proactive approach to identifying risks and opportunities in employment tax matters.The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectivelyWhat's on OfferFinancial Details:Competitive salary ranging from £65,000 to £75,000 per annum.Hybrid working arrangements for improved work-life balance.Generous holiday allowance of 27 days annually.Opportunities to work on diverse and challenging projects in the professional services industry.A collaborative and supportive work environment in Bristol.Applications are warmly welcomed.
