Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance engineering controls and BMS platforms to support business objectives.
  • Create and maintain technical standards and specifications.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with operational, IT, engineering and property teams to deliver consistent standards.
  • Support the design and implementation of controls and BMS projects.
  • Produce technical business cases for trials, new technologies and improvement initiatives.
  • Manage supplier relationships and engage with industry experts.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, industry standards and best practice.
  • Contribute to sustainability, energy reduction and operational improvement programmes.



The Successful Applicant

  • Experience within Engineering Controls, Building Management Systems (BMS) or a related technical discipline.
  • Strong technical project delivery experience.
  • A proven track record of writing technical specifications and managing suppliers.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills.
  • A passion for innovation, continuous improvement and problem-solving.
  • The ability to balance operational priorities with long-term strategic planning.
  • Experience working across multiple functions within a complex organisation.
