Job Description

  • Act as first point of contact for Facilities requests via phone, email and CAFM
  • Log reactive and planned work orders with accurate detail
  • Monitor open tasks, chase updates, escalate delays
  • Maintain clear communication with staff and contractors
  • Ensure timely closure and high‑quality data entry
  • Support improvements to CAFM processes and workflows
  • Represent Facilities with professionalism and a customer‑focused approach

The Successful Applicant

A successful Estates Helpdesk Officer should have:

  • Experience in customer service, helpdesk or facilities support
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
  • High accuracy, detail‑focused and confident using IT systems
  • Calm, organised and able to manage a high volume of requests
  • Experience with CAFM systems (Concept / MRI Evolution) desirable
