Job Description

  • Manage senior leadership diaries and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes.
  • Handle confidential correspondence and documentation with discretion and professionalism.
  • Organise and prioritise incoming communications, ensuring timely responses where required.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials for internal and external use.
  • Oversee travel arrangements, including booking transport and accommodation.
  • Act as the first point of contact for key stakeholders and visitors.
  • Support the wider secretarial and business support team during peak periods or special events.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Executive Assistant should have:

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
