Job Description

The Facilities Lead will be responsible for the following:

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of facilities operations to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor and manage contracts with third-party service providers and suppliers.
  • Implement cost-effective solutions for facilities management while maintaining quality standards.
  • Supervise any repair or refurbishment projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues proactively.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance, inspections, and compliance-related documentation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Facilities Lead should have:

  • Previous experience in facilities management within the FMCG industry.
