Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Business Partnering for Revenue you will partner closely with commercial, sales and operational stakeholders to drive revenue performance across the organisation.Key responsibilities as Finance Business Partner include:

  • Partnering with commercial leaders to support revenue growth initiatives.
  • Delivering insightful analysis on revenue performance, trends and opportunities.
  • Supporting budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes.
  • Developing financial models and business cases to support strategic decisions.
  • Evaluating commercial performance and return on investment across key initiatives.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve profitability and drive sustainable growth.
  • Challenging assumptions and providing robust financial insight to senior stakeholders.
  • Supporting pricing, promotional and customer-focused decision-making where appropriate.
  • Producing clear, actionable recommendations based on financial and commercial analysis.



The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with experience operating within a large, complex organisation.You will also demonstrate:

  • Previous experience within Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance or FP&A.
  • Strong commercial acumen and an understanding of revenue drivers.
  • Experience supporting sales, commercial, marketing or customer-facing functions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
  • A proactive approach to identifying risks and opportunities.
  • The confidence to challenge senior stakeholders constructively.
  • Natural curiosity and a desire to understand the drivers behind business performance.
  • Experience gained within travel, transport, logistics, hospitality, retail, consumer or other commercially driven environments would be advantageous, although applications from all large and complex organisations are welcomed.
