Job Description

  • Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the business unit.
  • Provide strategic advice to senior stakeholders to support business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end financial close processes.
  • Analyse financial data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise financial performance.
  • Lead and mentor a team within the accounting and finance department.
  • Support audits and liaise with external auditors as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

  • Proven expertise in financial management within the property industry.
  • A professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring teams effectively.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
