Job Description

  • Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business strategies and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to develop and monitor budgets and forecasts.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Analyse key financial metrics and performance indicators to support business objectives.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial information is shared.
  • Contribute to the development of financial models to support investment decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Assist in financial planning and strategy sessions with senior management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

  • A strong background in accounting and finance, ideally within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • ACA - Ideally Big 4
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
  • Experience in budget preparation and forecasting processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Sound knowledge of accounting principles and compliance requirements.
