Job Description

  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Analyse financial data to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Support strategic decision-making through financial modelling and analysis.
  • Work closely with departmental managers to monitor financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
  • Assist in the preparation of year-end accounts and audits.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
  • Provide advice and training on financial processes where required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

  • Strong experience in accounting and financial analysis.
  • A recognised qualification or part-qualification in finance or accounting.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with non-financial stakeholders.
  • An analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations relevant to the Not For Profit sector.
