Job Description

  • Maximise positive impact on the P&L
  • Ensure adherence to financial compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Analyse financial data to support strategic decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial efficiency and cost management.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance profitability and operational performance.
  • Support audits and liaise with external auditors when required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Lead should have:

  • A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in accounting and finance.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools. (They use - Excel & PowerBi)
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
