Finance Manager, Controls and Accounting

Technical Accounting & Compliance: Provide expert guidance on complex technical accounting matters (IFRSIFRS/UK GAAPGAAP) and supporting the business with technical accounting aspects relating to investment decisions. Support with the preparation and review of supporting technical papers for all partners. Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory reporting standards.Oversight of Policies, Procedures & Governance: You will support with the development, implementation, and monitoring of financial policies, procedures, and robust internal controls across the organisation. Liaison with internal and external auditors to drive the timely remediation of any control weaknesses.Month-End Reporting: You will support the Group Reporting team with the streamlining of month-end reporting controls.
