Job Description

  • Manage day to day finance operations
  • Prepare monthly journals including accruals and prepayments
  • Fixed asset management
  • Preparation of monthly management accounts
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Commentary and analysis
  • Support with annual budgeting and forecasting
  • Variance analysis
  • Assist with audit preparation
  • Preparation of VAT returns
  • Management of small finance team

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Highly Beneficial
  • Studying towards qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA - Essential
  • Knowledge of working in a similar role - Essential
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate financial insights clearly.
