Job Description

  • Full ownership of the UK vehicle solutions business accounts, including monthly production, balance sheet management and cashflow forecasting
  • Strengthen and embed financial controls and procedures to support sustainable growth
  • Identify business risks and deliver monthly control activities
  • Introduce efficient, effective processes through team development and technical enhancements
  • Supervise and support at least two team members
  • Produce and present monthly financial performance analysis to senior stakeholders
  • Support budgeting and forecasting cycles
  • Act as the primary contact for external audit queries, ensuring timely and accurate responses

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • ACCA/CIMA Finalist or qualified by experience
  • Logical thinker with strong problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and confident in driving change
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Commercially aware with solid technical accounting expertise
  • Comfortable partnering with stakeholders across all levels, including non‑finance colleagues
  • Experience within a fast‑growing, evolving business
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
  • Familiarity with Sage, Oracle Financials or similar systems
