Job Description

  • Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
  • Oversee cash flow management and monitor financial performance against set targets.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making and business planning.
  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports and present findings to senior management.
  • Lead and mentor a team within the Accounting & Finance department.
  • Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • Proven expertise in financial reporting and analysis within the Technology & Telecoms sector.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
