Job Description

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of finance professionals.
  • Produce insightful financial reporting, analysis and performance commentary.
  • Partner with senior operational stakeholders to drive profitability and efficiency.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting and month-end processes.
  • Deliver robust financial controls and ensure reporting accuracy.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
  • Build strong relationships across finance and operational teams.
  • Support strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
  • Previous experience within management accounting, FP&A or commercial finance.
  • Manufacturing, retail or FMCG experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into commercial insight.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Confident leading teams and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
