Finance Operations Lead

The Finance Operations Lead will be responsible for the following;

• Oversee and manage all financial operations and processes to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Lead the preparation and review of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Oversee month end processes and prepare consolidated management accounts.
• Support in the preparation of statutory accounts preparation.
• Complete cashflow forecasting.
• Manage bank arrangements, supplier payments and ensuring complete and compliant financial records are kept.
• Streamline financial workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy in operations.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on key financial matters and audits.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data across all platforms.
• Mentor and guide team members within the Accounting & Finance department.
