Job Description

  • Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports.
  • Develop and manage budgets to support organisational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Monitor cash flow and manage investments responsibly.
  • Lead and mentor the accounting and finance team to ensure high performance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful finance professional should have:

  • Experience in dealing with senior leadership, having gravitas and the ability to influence senior personnel
  • Relevant qualifications in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proven experience in the not-for-profit sector is desirable.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to stakeholders.
