Job Description

  • Prepare and review financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Manage month-end and year-end closing processes effectively.
  • Monitor and analyse financial data to provide insights for decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with audits when required.
  • Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies to resolve issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to support budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Maintain and improve financial systems and processes for increased efficiency.
  • Provide support to senior management with ad hoc financial reports and analysis.



Please note - This vacancy is working on-site 5 days per week - Hybrid Working is not offered

The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial Accountant should have:

  • Working towards a recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA or CIMA) Part-Qualified Candidates/Finalists & QBE will be acceptable
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Previous experience within the FMCG industry is desirable.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • A proactive approach to improving processes and ensuring accuracy.
