Job Description

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports using the new FRS 102 requirements
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards relating to the new FRS 102 requirements
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Analyse financial data to support decision-making.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial efficiency.
  • Provide financial advice and guidance to stakeholders as needed.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Accountant should have:

  • Professional qualified required - Fully CCAB qualified
  • Strong understanding of lease accounting and revenue recognition under the new FRS102 requirements is required
  • Proficiency in accounting software and tools - MS Dynamics, Power BI, Sun systems
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in managing large scale projects and a team
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
