Job Description

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making.
  • Produce accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with department heads to create budgets and forecasts.
  • Analyse financial performance and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and organisational policies.
  • Support the implementation of financial systems and process improvements.
  • Prepare detailed variance analyses and identify key trends.
  • Present financial insights to non-financial stakeholders to aid decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

A successful FP&A Manager should have:

  • A professional accounting qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally within the not-for-profit sector.
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with budget management and forecasting processes.
  • Excellent communication skills to present complex financial information.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools, with an aptitude for process improvement.
  • A detail-oriented and strategic mindset.
