Once the foundations are right, the focus shifts towards making the MI genuinely useful to the business. You'll work with various stakeholders to understand what the numbers are actually telling you, challenge the outputs and turn data into insight that can influence decisions.Taking ownership of Group MI and improving the quality, consistency and usefulness of reportingGetting to grips with data across multiple entities, systems and ERPsIntroducing stronger governance, controls and sense-checking around the numbersIdentifying opportunities to automate manual processes and simplify reportingWorking with commercial stakeholders to turn data into meaningful insightSupporting the development of the group's data environment and data cubePreparing MI and underlying data for potential investor scrutiny and due diligenceChallenging existing processes rather than simply accepting "the way we've always done it"The Successful ApplicantMy client are open-minded on background.
