  • Manage the reception area, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for clients and visitors.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure facilities are prepared as required.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including document preparation and data entry.
  • Maintain office supplies by monitoring inventory and placing orders as needed.
  • Assist in organising and coordinating office events and team activities.
  • Ensure all records and files are maintained accurately and securely.
