A new opportunity for a Global Head of Internal Communications has arisen, based in Berkshire. This role will be responsible for leading and managing internal communication strategies with a global business; ensuring employees are informed, engaged and aligned with business priorities, transformation initiatives and company performance. You will partner with senior leaders to drive employee engagement, leadership communications and organisational change.
  • Delivering the global internal communications and employee engagement strategy.
  • Hybrid Working: 3 Days per week in Berkshire, 2days from home.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Global Head of Internal Communications should have:

  • Proven expertise in internal communications within large organisations.
  • A strong understanding of communication strategy development and execution.
  • Experience leading teams and managing multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Ability to analyse and interpret data to inform decision-making.
  • Familiarity with communication tools and platforms to streamline processes.

What's on Offer

This role will provide hybrid working, 3 days per week with 2 days from home in Berkshire. This role will provide £400 per day Umbrella.
