Job Description

  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job adverts and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
  • Provide administrative support for onboarding processes and new hire documentation.
  • Assist with employee queries and ensure compliance with HR policies.
  • Prepare reports and maintain HR-related documentation as required.
  • Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with managers to ensure a smooth recruitment and selection process.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR and Recruitment Administrator should have:

  • A degree or equivalent in relevant field
  • Experience working within an organisational support environment
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
