Job Description

  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end graduate recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify recruitment needs and develop strategies to attract top talent.
  • Organise and attend university career fairs and events to promote the organisation's graduate opportunities.
  • Screen applications and conduct initial candidate assessments to ensure alignment with role requirements.
  • Arrange and facilitate assessment centres, interviews, and other recruitment activities.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and produce reports to inform decision-making.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist in the development and enhancement of graduate recruitment programmes and initiatives



The Successful Applicant

A successful Graduate Recruitment Advisor should have:

  • Proven experience in managing multiple recruitment campaigns effectively.
  • A strong understanding of recruitment processes, particularly within the professional services industry.
  • and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
  • The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • A solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms.
