The key responsibilities for the The Group Marketing Analytics & Insights Manager:

  • Develop and implement strategies to analyse marketing performance metrics effectively.
  • Provide actionable insights to enhance marketing campaigns and business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics with business objectives.
  • Manage and optimise data collection, reporting, and visualisation processes.
  • Identify trends and opportunities through comprehensive data analysis.
  • Support the digital department in implementing analytics tools and solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all marketing activities.
  • Train and mentor team members to enhance their analytical capabilities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Group Marketing Analytics & Insights Manager should have:

  • 5+ years experience in an analytics focused role.
  • Experience working closely with marketing and commercial functions.
  • Previous experience in a B2B environment is advantageous. Specific professional services sector experience is not essential.
  • A background in using advanced CRMs, experience with platforms such as Salesforce, or Hubspot will be considered.
  • Strong knowledge of analytics tools and platforms - in particular Tableau would be advantageous.
  • Track record of working across business functions, and engaging various levels of stakeholder.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and present it in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Experience in collaborating with digital teams to support marketing strategies.
  • A results-driven approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Educational qualifications in a relevant field such as marketing, analytics, or business.
